Under the baton of Mr Erik Tan, the band delivered a commendable performance comprising two pieces: Stars of Tomorrow by Wong Kah Chun and Fate of the Gods by Steven Reineke. The performance showcased both musicality and technical proficiency on a regional stage.
This achievement is the result of months of unwavering dedication and perseverance. Leading up to the festival, band members committed countless hours of rigorous rehearsals, sectionals and individual practice. The journey was not without its challenges, as students worked through complex musical passages, refined ensemble coordination and pushed themselves to meet the high standards required for regional competition.

Beyond the rehearsal room, the band also demonstrated resilience and teamwork in overcoming logistical and preparatory hurdles to participate in the event. From managing tight schedules to maintaining consistency and morale, every member played a vital role in ensuring the band was performance-ready. Their collective effort reflects not only musical growth but also the development of discipline, responsibility and camaraderie.
