Peicai Secondary School (PCSS) is committed to “nurturing critical and independent learners with love for self, family and society”. PCSS acknowledges that to achieve our mission, it is essential that our school leverages on our collaboration with stakeholders to support the learning as well as development of the child. 

Our goal is to nurture partnerships via a whole-school approach, a shared partnership vision as well as a school culture, all of which seek to foster meaningful and sustainable partnerships.
