Goals & Objectives

1. NCC is guided by 3 main thrusts: Leadership, Fitness and Commitment to Singapore

2. Charting the Course for 21st-Century Leaders we constantly updating our leadership model to meet evolving needs of the CCA to ensure that everyone stays engaged, subscribed and committed to the cause of the unit.

3. Fostering Resilient Leaders through Thrilling Adventures such as Kayaking and Dragon Boating with NCC HQ at Kallang Sea Sports Center

4. At the end of their journey in NCC, we hope to empower cadets with a "Strong" mindset. A NCC Cadet is “Cadet Strong”, when he has a resilient mind, fit body, committed heart and is a self-motivated leader.
