Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE) by MOE
Submit your appeal by 22 December at 12pm if your child needs a school transfer due to a serious medical condition. Include supporting documents from a certified doctor.
The MAE only applies to students who wish to request a school transfer due to serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments.
All appeals must be accompanied by relevant supporting documents such as an official letter from a certified doctor and/or assessment from qualified medical professionals.
For students who wish to participate in MAE, parents will need to submit their appeals at Peicai Secondary by 22 December (Mon) at 12:00pm, after the release of the posting results. Alternatively, you may call the school at 6202 1260 to request for the Application Form to be emailed to you and you may return the form with supporting documents via email (peicai_ss@moe.edu.sg) by the same deadline. Verification of parent/guardian’s identity may be required during the application process.
Appeals will be considered by MOE on a case-by-case basis, and the school will notify you of the outcome by end December. Please note that school transfers are subject to the availability of vacancies. Successful applicants will not be allowed to reject the reposted school.
