The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) for Singaporean students is now open for application for Year 2026.

Application Procedures

To apply for MOE-FAS for your child/ward via Parents’ Gateway (PG), go to [SERVICES > FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE] or click on the following link/QR code:

Parents whose child is a ComCare recipient need not submit the application for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries.

MOE Financial Assistance Scheme income eligibility criteria and benefits

Income Eligibility Criteria and Benefits	Online applications via Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES) for means-testing of students applying for MOE-FAS
Gross Household Income (GHI)	$4,000 & below *(revised)*
Gross Per Capita Income (PCI)	$1,000 & below *(revised)*
Benefits	1) School Fees - full waiver 2) Miscellaneous Fees - full waiver 3) Free Textbooks 4) Free School Attire - 2 sets of uniform, PE attire, 1 pair of shoes, 2 pairs of socks 5) Transport subsidy of $21 per month *(revised)* 6) Meal Subsidy - $4.10 per meal x 10 meals per school week *(revised)*

Note:

1) Transport subsidy will be pro-rated accordingly from the month after your application is approved to December of the same year.

2) Meal subsidy is for purchase in the school canteen.
