Peicai’s Post-Examination Programme brought our Secondary 1 to 3 students together for learning journeys, hands-on activities and reflection as they rounded off the school year.
Students explored culture through the Mother Tongue learning journey and discovered STEM-related pathways through visits to polytechnics. Learning journeys to the Singapore Discovery Centre and Singapore Navy Museum connected Social Studies lessons with national identity and collective responsibility. Alumni and National Service talks also helped students consider future pathways and responsibilities.
The Applied Learning Showcase and Student-Initiated Learning sharing gave students opportunities to present their work, explain their ideas and reflect on challenges they had encountered. Sports challenges and class bonding activities encouraged students to work together and put their 21st Century Competencies into practice.
Time spent with classmates and Form Teachers supported stronger relationships and class spirit. Students also reflected on their growth, expressed appreciation for those who had supported them and considered their aspirations for the coming year.
The programme provided a purposeful close to the school year, with opportunities for students to recognise their progress and learn through shared experiences beyond their usual lessons.
